1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LexiGuide AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

LexiGuide AI is an AI-powered legal information and document assistance tool. The Service helps you understand legal concepts, organize case information, and draft legal documents. It does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• • Harass, threaten, or harm others
• • Impersonate any person or entity
• • Upload malicious code or harmful content
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• • Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• • Submit false or misleading information to the AI

6. User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all documents, case information, and other content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

8. Payments

Paid features are processed through Stripe. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, features, AI models, and design, is owned by Redemption Management and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content is accurate. You verify all information independently.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redemption Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
